Event : Launch of the citizen control application

At 2pm on Monday 08 May, the launch ceremony for the Contrôle Citoyen application was held at the Confédération Générale des Entreprises de Côte d’Ivoire (CGECI) in Plateau, chaired by the Minister of Trade, Industry and SME Promotion, Dr Souleymane Diarrassouba.

The application, developed by SaH Analytics International, enables anyone living in Côte d’Ivoire to report unregulated commercial practices (non-compliance with price ceilings, failure to display prices, out-of-date products, etc.).
This will ensure that all citizens are involved in monitoring the market and protecting their purchasing power.

The development team then presented the features of the application, which offers a simple and intuitive interface for users.

Mr Minister, in his opening speech, stressed the importance of innovation and technology in the country’s economic growth, and congratulated SaH Analytics International on their outstanding work.
